JIM15 binds to the exudate gums, gum arabic, gum ghatti, gum karaya, and gum tragacanth. The epitope structure recognized by JIM15 is unknown. Immunolocalization data suggest that JIM15 recognizes an epitope distinct from JIM13 and JIM14.
